Mister Miles...

Mister Miles loves loves loves to crawl under the kitchen table and use the chairs as his own personal jungle gym. It's pretty cute to watch him entertain himself for long periods of time, and smile and giggle while doing so. I can't believe in less than a month my little man is turning one, crazy!

Turning 90...

Bryce's Grandpa turned 90 February 17th. We celebrated by going to dinner at Mickey Ray's BBQ in Eagle, super yummy! After dinner everyone came back to our house for cake and ice-cream. We all had a great time partying with Grandpa Dec. Happy Birthday!

Valentine's Day!!!

I know I'm behind on posting by a couple months, but I will catch up with those soon. Valentine's Day this year was a lot of fun. When Kyra and Miles woke up in the morning, their bedroom doors were covered with a bunch of hearts with messages. I got the idea from Pinterest. Kyra LOVED her door and talked about it all day, it was pretty cute.

Later that day we had a Valentine's Day party with some great friends, and their kiddos. Once everyone arrived we attempted to get a picture of all the kiddos together. There were a total of nine kiddos, but as you can see only six are in the picture (Miles and Ashlyn were napping, and Brynlie was a little emotional). It's always hard taking a picture of a bunch of kiddos, but we did the best we could. We then decorated cookies, made valentines, and played games. It was so fun having Kyra's buddies over to celebrate Valentine's Day, we had a great time.

Later when Bryce came home from work Kyra and Miles gave him their valentines. Earlier that morning at the grocery store, we picked out five food items we thought "daddy" would love. At home we made cheesy sayings to go along with those food items. The kids had fun giving their valentines to Bryce one by one. Overall we had a wonderful Valentine's Day!

Snow...

We had our first snowfall of the season, it was great. By the time we got outside to build a family of snowmen it was raining, but that did not stop us at all. Kyra had a blast helping and running around.

Happy Birthday Bryce!!!

This year we had a great week celebrating Bryce's birthday. He of course had to work on his birthday, but we celebrated as soon as he got home. For me it was a day of cooking, I was also cooking for my dinner group. I made Bryce's favorites: peppered steak, mesquite chicken, oven roasted potatoes, corn, berry jello salad, and garlic bread. When Bryce got home from work he was EXCITED to eat, especially the peppered steak. After dinner the kiddos and I gave Bryce his birthday gifts: the last two Harry Potter movies, a sports coat, slacks, and socks. Bryce was in need of some clothing items for work.

Tuesday night Chandra, Tonya, and I planned a birthday party for our hubbies. All three of their birthdays are within a week of each other, and we all did not realize it until this year. We had a great time eating cake and ice-cream with great friends!

Dustin, Collin, and Bryce...

Friday night Bryce and I went on a date, woohoo! We went to dinner at our favorite Thai restaurant, Chiang Mai and then to a movie, The Three Musketeers. We had a great night being together, just the two of us.

Happy Birthday Bryce, we love and appreciate you!
